This Twilight Zone episode is reminding me of Emma. This fella is so upset with his commute, and all the people he has to deal with, that he reads a book on mind over matter.
Then he makes all the people disappear. The blog is Emma's daily Go Train rant. It's a Toronto thing.

Language Factory
In this episode, Mr. Wordsworth is being `liquidated` because he`s a librarian
and has been deemed obsolete. The judge reminds me of the chancellor in V for Vendetta.
I love the Twilight Zone.

Niece
My niece farted on me the other day...then she waved it over at me, giggling
the entire time. She`s almost seven and wants to be the next Hannah Montana. I don`t understand how these shows get on television. I miss the days of strong female characters - like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Wonder Woman.
Now I always think of the ending of 40 Year Old Virgin and action figures.

Family Guy Inspired
After watching an episode of family guy in which this happened, I asked
my husband "If my dad had offered you $1 million to stay away from me, would you?" His answer was "No, because then all the
other women I met would just want me for my money." And that's why I love him.

Toe Stubbing
Over the last hundreds of thousands of years evolution has made our pinky fingers
and appendix smaller. So why, oh why hasn't evolution been able to take care of the toe-stubbing issue by making our toes
harder?

Birds
Why haven't birds become super predators? They have no natural enemies. Evolution
could have made them huge, so they could swoop out of the sky and pick up antelopes or moose. Imagine how frightening a world
that would be.

Canada Day
Tomorrow is Canada Day, frequently referred to as "Canada's birthday," the
occasion marks the joining of the British colonies of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and the Province of Canada into a federation
of four provinces (the Province of Canada being divided, in the process, into Ontario and Quebec) on July 1, 1867.

Wire
This is the wire I originally bought for Julie's wedding jewelry. I made all
the jewelry, then decided that the wire wasn't shiny enough for a wedding. So I bought new wire, and made the jewelry all
over again. Cuz that's how I roll, yo'.

Alex
In two weeks my brother, sister-in-law, niece, and sister are coming over
to play Rock Band. I'm a little worried, everyone wants to sing, and no one really can.
